Honest Digital for Artists is an artist growth tool for independent musicians. These terms govern your use of the Honest Digital for Artists service at thehonestdigital.com. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Honest Digital for Artists is currently in early access (beta). The service is provided as-is during this period. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build. By using the service during beta you acknowledge that you may encounter bugs or incomplete features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Honest Digital for Artists. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Honest Digital for Artists reads your analytics from connected platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and others) and uses that data to generate weekly strategy recommendations. We are a read-only service. We never post, comment, follow, unfollow, or take any action on any platform on your behalf.
When you connect a third-party platform you grant us permission to read your analytics data from that platform. Connecting any platform is optional. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Help and Connect page. Disconnecting removes our access going forward but does not delete historical data we have already collected. To request deletion of historical platform data, visit our data deletion page.
By connecting Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) you agree to Meta's terms of service at facebook.com/terms. By connecting TikTok you agree to TikTok's terms of service at tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of each connected platform complies with that platform's own terms of service.
We request only the minimum permissions necessary to read your analytics. We do not request permission to post, message, follow, or take any action on any platform on your behalf.
Honest Digital for Artists offers a free tier and a paid plan billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price change affects your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also cancel or refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.
If we permanently shut down the service, paid subscribers with time remaining on their billing period will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion. We will provide at least 30 days notice by email before any permanent shutdown.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Honest Digital for Artists and all of its content, features, design, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.
Any content you upload or enter (such as release plans, gig dates, or community posts) remains yours. You give us a limited licence to store and display it within the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not share it with other users beyond the intended community features.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
The strategy recommendations in Honest Digital for Artists are generated by a rules-based system and are for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of any particular result. Music careers are unpredictable and results depend on many factors outside our control. Use your own judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest Digital for Artists is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we choose to discontinue the service. Upon termination we will delete your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Honest Digital for Artists is based.
